You Don’t Have to Look like What You’re Going Through!

Even when you’re feeling down or depressed, make sure to get out of bed and be grateful for getting up and getting the chance to make better decisions. Look good for you, when you look good, you feel good. I look like nothing that I’ve been through and continue to go through but I make sure to remind myself that I’m a work in progress. So no matter how bad I feel, I make sure to get-up and get myself together and face whatever the day brings with positivity. I leave you with love, peace & positivity. Namaste!


  1. Oh yeah, operating based on your vision and not your emotions is a very powerful way to go through life, though it can get hard to do at times, especially on the mornings you don’t want to wake up.

    I’m getting better at that though, of doing what needs to be done instead of hitting the snooze button.

    ‘Being grateful that I’m able to make better decisions’ would also be how I’d describe this feeling, but again, it’s a continual process for me. Thanks for this great post!
