Namaste

Meditation takes time, patient, and practice. You will not heal in a day or even a year but the more you practice and be patient with yourself you will start to understand that you can’t heal everything, you have to learn to accept what is and you will eventually free yourself. Through meditation I have learned that most of my problems are in my head and once realizing this I took steps to learn to quiet my mind and accept what is. Through prayer and positive thinking, you can overcome a lot.
