I think we’ve all heard the saying ”getting to the bag” or ”running a up a check” but my favorite, ”chasing a bag”. What these sayings have done is created an urgency for us to get money no matter how difficult and draining it may be. While it’s true that we do need money to survive and live a decent life, we also have to find balance in between because when one spends all his time running up a check, one misses out on the more important things in life. When money is all you think about it takes a toll on you mentally. Understand, that yes we need to work hard but don’t spend all your time focusing on dollar signs. As long as you’re giving your all to your work you will be rewarded but also remember to take time for yourself in between.
