This is my very first yoga instructional and shows my yoga routine. I normally do yoga at home in a private space, but I wanted to show people what it can do for you.
This is just a sample of some of my favorite poses to do. Yoga has taught me patience, how to push through difficult situations, know myself, my body, and my limitations. Yoga teaches you how to slow down, get comfortable, and know yourself. When practicing yoga you can apply many of the skills you’ve learned in everyday life.

Yoga has not only transformed my body, but it is also transforming my mind, confidence, being more patient with myself, and understanding who I am.
